Waste water Lifting Device is a sewage pump and collection tank, control device, and related pipe fittings valve composed of a system for lifting and transporting waste sewage below the sewer or far from the municipal pipe network.

Our Denor also have larger packaged pumping station systems (also called integrated pumping station systems). 

Sewage Lifting Systems VS Sewage Grinder Systems

The main difference is the function and requirements of the pump. While both systems move sewage and wastewater upward, grinder pumps can do more than lift pumps.

A grinder pump is different from a sewage lift pump. Each sewage grinder pump contains a cutting mechanism to process solids effectively. Sewage lift pumps lack this mechanism, so they cannot process harder solids. Additionally, grinder pumps are more powerful than lift pumps, letting them move wastewater to higher points.

Our Denor sewage lifting system and sewage grinder system include built-in type and external type, single or double pump stations. Customizable on your demand.

The pumps in our lifting units have either a free-flow impeller with a free passage of 50 to 100 mm for solids contained in the medium or a cutting unit for shredding solids. A sufficiently large free passage or a cutting unit ensure blockage-free operation of the units. 

In small sewage lifting units, the hydraulic system is installed inside the tank; in large units it is installed outside the tank. Water level sensors are integrated in the collecting tank to monitor and control the pumps in combination with a control system. The pumps are started and stopped as a function of the water level. Whereby the second pump in the double unit is used for operational safety and is switched on at peak load. 

Sewage Lifting Systems and sewage grinder pump systems are available in many designs and tank capacities. Tanks are available in HDPE, PE, FRP or fiberglass.
