Submersible Sewage Grinder Pump with Cutter Impeller
Denor electric submersible sewage grinder pump is an electromechanical device that integrates a water pump and a cutting mechanism (a cutting disc or blade).
Our cutter submersible sewage pump with cutter system for grinding solids into small pieces, expertly designed to cut through solids and fibers found in domestic and civil wastewater and sewage. it is made for long time non clog operation within residential and commercial building services.
Suitable for free standing wet installation (with rigid or flexible pipeline connection) and for wet installation on automatic coupling foot.
1. Unique cutting systems provide blockage-free operation, can effectively pass fiber materials 5 times the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter.
2. High efficiency and energy saving.
3. It is durable and wear-resistant, and can enable the pump to run safely and continuously for more than 8,000 hours.
4. The sewage grinder pump has a compact structure, small size, easy movement and installation.
5. Equipped with a fully automatic safety protection control cabinet to monitor the water leakage, electric leakage, overload and overtemperature of the pump.
6. The double-rail automatic coupling installation system brings great convenience to the installation and maintenance of the pump.

Applications include:
Homes and commercial buildings: Domestic wastewater from bathrooms and kitchens, especially those without fine filtration.
Hotels, hospitals, and schools: Wastewater from these locations often contains hair, rags, and sanitary items, which can easily clog conventional pumps.
Food processing and catering: Handling wastewater containing debris, grease, and fibers (such as vegetable leaves).
Animal husbandry: Handling wastewater containing feed residues, animal manure, and bedding.
Industrial: Handling industrial wastewater containing impurities such as fibers, paper pulp, and plastic film.
1. The medium temperature does not exceed +40℃, the intermittent use (no longer than 5 minutes) is +70℃, the density is 1.0～1.3kg/dm3, and the pH value is in the range of 5～9.
2. For pumps without internal gravity circulation cooling system, the motor part shall not exceed 1/2 exposed above the liquid surface.
3. In general, the pump must be used within the operating head range to ensure that the motor is not overloaded. If it needs to be used within the full head range, it should be specified when ordering so that the manufacturer can manufacture it.
4. During operation, the motor current must not exceed the rated current of the motor.
