Pretreatment Unit: Removes large particulate matter and chemicals to protect reverse osmosis membranes
Reverse Osmosis Membrane: Semi-permeable membrane that allows water molecules to pass while blocking dissolved salts, heavy metals, and bacteria
High-Pressure Pump: Provides necessary pressure for the reverse osmosis process
Control System: Integrated sensors and control panels for monitoring and system operation
Water Storage Tank: Stores treated pure water for industrial use
Advanced Filtration Technology
Our commercial seawater RO membrane filtration water treatment plant effectively removes salt and purifies water. The comprehensive system includes booster pumps, FRP/Carbon Steel pretreatment tanks (sand filter, activated carbon filter), cartridge filter housing, chemical dosing systems, high-pressure pumps, FRP membrane pressure vessels with 2540 or 4040 membranes, and advanced control panels with touch screen interface.
The reverse osmosis membranes prevent small particles, viruses, and bacteria from passing through, ensuring your water becomes exceptionally clean and safe for industrial applications.
Custom Configuration Available: Materials and component brands can be customized based on raw water quality and specific customer requirements. From the touch screen panel, operators can view complete system flow diagrams and control the system automatically or manually.
