The direct-drinking hot and cold water pipeline system provides an integrated drinking water solution. This system pre-treats water sources through advanced purification equipment, then rapidly adjusts temperature via pipeline machines for heating or cooling.
System Components
Water Purification Equipment
Utilizes reverse osmosis (RO) technology with multi-stage filtration including activated carbon adsorption and RO membrane filtration to remove harmful substances such as heavy metals and bacteria, ensuring water quality meets direct drinking standards.
Pipeline Machine
Water Source Connection System: Connects to purification equipment via food-grade piping to convey purified water
Heating System: Uses electric heating (quartz tubes, thick-film heating elements) or heat exchange technology for multi-stage temperature adjustment within 3 seconds (45°C for formula preparation, 100°C boiling water)
Cooling System: Available in electronic cooling (low power consumption) or compressor cooling (high efficiency)
Operational Process
Purification Stage
Raw water undergoes RO membrane filtration before entering the purified water tank, with ozone or UV sterilization ensuring water safety.
Water Supply Stage
Purified water is conveyed via recirculation pipes to the dispenser, preventing secondary contamination.
Temperature Adjustment Stage
Heating: Electric heating elements rapidly raise temperature with precise thermostatic regulation
Cooling: Refrigerant circulation absorbs heat, lowering water temperature to 4-12°C
Technical Features
Energy-saving design: Select models employ heat recovery technology, preheating to 85°C before further heating, achieving over 80% energy savings
Safety protection: Operates at atmospheric pressure with water-electricity interlock valves and 'no water, no dispensing' mechanism
Application Scenarios
Suitable for islands, vessels, households, schools, hospitals and similar settings. Regular filter cartridge replacement and pipeline cleaning are required to maintain optimal performance.
