Application Method
Thoroughly clean all surfaces of oil and old gasket material
Pierce nozzle cap and apply gel evenly from outer to inner edge (1.6-3.2mm thickness)
Allow 10-20 minutes for surface film formation, then press sealing faces together
Cure at room temperature (25°C) for 10-24 hours before use for optimal sealing
Replace cap after use to prevent remaining product from curing
Safety Precautions
Ensure adequate ventilation in work area and keep away from children
In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice
Store in dry, cool, well-ventilated area away from high temperatures
Conduct preliminary testing before batch use to ensure proper bonding quality
