1. Properties

DY-E710 EPOXY TILE GROUT is a two-component sealant based on epoxy resin. It is resistant of acid, alkali, water, mold, and easy to clean. It cures fast and creates no shrinkage.

2. Applications

DY-E710 EPOXY TILE GROUT is widely used to fill in gaps and edges in bathrooms, kitchens, bathtubs, balconies, floors and wall tile grouts.

3. Directions

Clear the tile joints.
Use the mask tape along the tile gap.
Mix the two components at the ratio of 1:1.
Before filling the gap, discard the first 30cm of extruded adhesive to prevent uneven mixing and incomplete curing.
Use the professional caulking gun and mix nozzle.
Squeeze the grout into the tile gap.
Use a steel ball or scraper to smoothen the surface.
Finally peel the tape off carefully.

4. Storage & Warnings

Storage:

Store the adhesive in shady, dry, well-ventilated, damp-proofing places.
Store the adhesive at room temperature.
Keep away from any source of ignition.

Warnings:

The adhesive is irritable to skin and eyes.
Keep out of reach of children.
In case of skin or eye contact, flush with water and seek medical treatment immediately if necessary.
