IAI XSEL-PX4-NNN5020H-CC-E-EEE-0-3 is a four-axis program controller developed for a matching IAI IX-series SCARA robot. It combines robot-axis drive control, SEL program execution, position management, sequence processing, system I/O and industrial network communication within one dedicated controller platform.
The PX4 configuration supports four controlled robot axes and is intended for coordinated SCARA motion rather than independent general-purpose single-axis actuator control. The complete NNN5020H robot configuration, communication code, I/O specification and controller option suffix must correspond to the installed robot system.

Related IAI XSEL family variants include XSEL-P-2-200A-200A-PR-E-EEE-0-2 and XSEL-P-3-200IB-200IB-200IB-N1-N1EE-2-3. These models are included for related-model coverage only. They differ from the PX4 controller in axis configuration, connected actuator type, rated output, interface arrangement, I/O specification and controller options.
XSEL-P-2-200A-200A-PR-E-EEE-0-2, XSEL-P-3-200IB-200IB-200IB-N1-N1EE-2-3 and XSEL-PX4-NNN5020H-CC-E-EEE-0-3 are not automatically interchangeable. Confirm the complete controller code, connected robot or actuators, axis ratings, power supply, network protocol, firmware, connectors, option codes and stored program data before replacement.
The controller is suitable for automated assembly stations, high-speed component handling, loading and unloading equipment, product sorting, inspection systems, packaging lines and other applications using a compatible four-axis IAI SCARA robot.
SEL programming allows the controller to manage coordinated motion, conditional operations, input and output processing, position data and machine-sequence functions. CC-Link communication can be used to exchange operating commands, production status and alarm information with a compatible upper-level PLC.
Before removing the existing controller, back up the SEL program, position data, system parameters, I/O assignments and network configuration whenever communication remains available. Record the CC-Link station number, communication speed and PLC data mapping, and photograph all controller and robot connections.
The robot model and controller are configured as one system. A controller with a similar XSEL-PX4 enclosure must not be installed solely because it supports four axes. Verify the NNN5020H configuration, motor capacities, encoder data, controller suffixes, firmware version and robot mechanical model.
After replacement, complete the required parameter restoration and absolute-position procedures. Test each axis at reduced speed and verify home position, motion direction, soft limits, emergency-stop operation, safety circuits, program execution and PLC communication before returning the robot to production.
Please provide photographs of the complete controller label, robot nameplate, connected cables and network terminals when requesting a quotation. Product condition, included connectors, firmware, program backup service, warranty and delivery time should be confirmed before purchase.
