The Danfoss VACON 0100-3L-0038-5 FLOW is a catalog-listed base reference from the VACON 100 FLOW variable frequency drive family. It is designed for three-phase 380-500 VAC pump, fan, HVAC, water and wastewater applications.

The drive provides a continuous low-overload current rating of 38 A and is positioned for approximately 18.5 kW motor operation at 400 VAC. It uses the MR6 mechanical frame and is associated with wall-mounted IP21 or IP54 configurations.

The VACON 0100-3L-0038-5 FLOW is suitable for centrifugal pumps, booster systems, circulation pumps, ventilation fans, cooling-tower fans, air-handling units, water-treatment equipment and wastewater-process systems.

Selection should be based on motor full-load current, supply voltage, required flow or pressure range, operating speed, ambient conditions and process-control requirements. The 18.5 kW value should not be used as the only compatibility criterion.

Systems using pressure transmitters, flowmeters, level sensors, temperature signals, bypass contactors or multiple pumps require verification of the complete I/O and control arrangement.
