The composite structure withstands heavy page loads and repeated opening without cracking.

Process Introduction
The kraft paper is coated with hot‑melt or water‑based polyurethane adhesive (80‑200 g/m²), then hot‑press laminated with pretreated plain‑woven polyester‑cotton fabric at 80‑100°C under 3‑5 bar pressure. The laminate is fully impregnated with additional adhesive to ensure waterproof bonding. After drying at 100‑120°C, it is cooled, wound, and slit to width. Finished rolls are inspected for edge delamination.
