Dual‑side curtain coating with nanocellulose‑reinforced modified starch (solid content 15‑18%). Coating weight 2.0‑3.0 g/m² total. Post‑drying at 120‑140°C for full crosslinking. Hard calendering yields smoothness ≥400s. Finished paper is pinhole‑free and heat‑stable.
