Made from long‑fiber softwood pulp (southern pine, 2‑3mm). Kraft pulping at 170°C for 1.5‑2 hours preserves long cellulose chains. Oxygen delignification bleaching creates white pulp without chlorine. Beating degree 25‑35°SR ensures wet strength and oil absorption. Paper is formed, pressed, dried at 105‑115°C, and softly calendered for a smooth, powder‑free surface. No wax or film coating – breathability maintained. Optional food‑grade rosin sizing provides water resistance.
