This natural brown Butcher Paper (66 g/㎡) is the standard for low‑and‑slow barbecue. Trusted by pitmasters for wrapping brisket, pork ribs, and shoulder during the “Texas crutch.” Withstands 160‑180°C for up to 12 hours without charring. Uncoated and wax‑free, it allows smoke penetration while retaining meat juices, producing a tender, flavorful bark. Air permeability ≥500 ml/min ensures no steaming.

Unbleached softwood kraft pulp (southern pine) is cooked at 170°C for 1.5‑2 hours, preserving natural lignin for brown color. Black liquor is recycled. Beating degree 25‑30°SR creates fibrillated fibers for oil absorption without sealing pores. Paper is formed, pressed to 40‑45% dryness, dried at 105‑115°C, and softly calendered. No sizing or coating – breathability is maximized. PAE wet strength agent ensures paper stays intact when soaked with meat juices.
