70‑80% softwood + 20‑30% hardwood kraft pulp. High‑freeness beating (650‑750 mL CSF). Double‑sided surface sizing with oxidized starch (5‑8%) mixed with PVA, applied via film transfer. Drying at 80‑110°C, then soft calendering (60‑80°C, 150‑200 kN/m) for Bekk smoothness ≥300s on both sides. No filler or ≤1% filler to preserve transparency. Strict dust control in production.
