1. Machine Overview
The CTS-3500-18/21/22FW is a four-axis, CNC-controlled diamond wire-saw dressing centre engineered for high-precision shaping of large stone blocks. With 16-surface slideways, 28 rolling-wheel synchronous lift and a 360° rotary table, it dresses four faces without repositioning and sculpts arcs, columns, numerals, letters or Chinese characters up to 3.5 m long × 3.5 m wide × 2.2 m high – all in a single program.

C-axis – table 360° rotation (continuous cylinder or four-face dressing)
Result: true 3-D sculpture, 360° column, four-side dressing or curved façade panel without repositioning.
Load block onto rotary table (forklift or vacuum lifter)
Import CAD file (.dxf, .stp) or use on-screen wizard
Select wire speed & passes – click START
Machine auto-cuts – table rotates or head moves as programmed
Unload finished piece – ready for polishing or direct install**
