Product Overview

The VCWS-800-03 vertical CNC diamond wire saw machine is a high-performance special stone cutting machine independently developed and manufactured by Fujian Xianda Machinery.

Equipped with a permanent magnet main motor and adjustable cutting speed ranging from 20 to 40 m/s, this machine supports 0–360° arbitrary rotation of the A-axis. Three optional operation modes are available: Manual, Auto and Program, which can meet different production requirements from sample trial cutting to mass customized processing.

The heavy-duty workbench features a 3+3 ton load capacity, robust frame structure, stable operation and outstanding cutting precision. It is widely used for cutting and profiling granite, marble, quartz and other natural & engineered stone materials.

Q3: What is your MOQ? A: Standard MOQ is 1 set. We can negotiate flexible terms for large projects or customized configurations.

Q4: What payment terms do you accept? A: T/T and L/C are available. The common term is 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. All details will be listed formally on the Proforma Invoice.

Q5: How about shipping and delivery time? A: We can arrange sea freight under FOB, CIF or other Incoterms as requested. The normal lead time is 25–45 days after receiving the deposit. We provide complete export documents and shipment tracking updates.

Q6: How do you pack the machine for ocean shipment? A: The machine is packed with weatherproof plywood crates or steel frames. Key spare parts will be wrapped and fixed properly. We will send packaging photos for confirmation before loading.

Q7: What is your machine warranty? A: We provide 12 months warranty against manufacturing defects starting from the shipment date. Consumable wearing parts are excluded. Free technical troubleshooting and replacement support are available within the warranty period.
