Product Overview
This dual-tool stone splitting machine is independently developed by XIANDA Machinery. One machine supports two interchangeable cutting tools: stone band-saw blade and diamond wire saw. Customers can switch tools according to stone hardness, which greatly reduces equipment investment and saves factory floor space.
Human-friendly touch-screen HMI allows operators to set feeding speed and kerf compensation, and monitor real-time working data including motor current and wire tension. Ideal for small-to-medium stone factories for thin-block slicing of tombstone blanks, cultural stone, precious stone and artificial stone.
Main Features
Dual interchangeable cutting tools - Supports stone band-saw blade (2-7 mm kerf) and diamond wire saw (Φ6.3-7.3 mm). Stone band-saw creates narrow kerf for high material yield, perfect for marble, onyx and semi-precious stone. Diamond wire saw delivers long service life for hard granite. Quick tool replacement.
Fixed cutting head with anti-shift press-roller system - Elastic press rollers under cutting head clamp stone tightly while cutting, avoid workpiece bounce, reduce chipping edge and guarantee consistent slice thickness. Cutting head is fixed-structure for vertical 90° splitting only, no tilting function.
Complete automatic feeding carriage system - Composed of conveyor belt and supporting roller racks. Workpiece moves together with carriage during cutting process. Stable conveying for heavy stone blocks. No rotary or vacuum worktable.
Touch-screen parameter control - Digital adjustment for feeding speed and kerf compensation. Real-time monitoring for main motor current, cutting status and wire tension. Easy-to-learn operation for workshop workers. Parameter setting only, DXF / CAD file import is not supported.
Compact layout & low operating cost - Model-1200 total weight 2.5 ton, small footprint. Water consumption 2m³/h. Well-suited for medium and small stone processing workshops. Standard models 1200 /1600 /2200, custom working width supported.
