The VC-4000 is a high-efficiency, eco-friendly water dust collector specifically designed for high-dust environments in stone processing factories. This Water Dust Collector effectively captures and settles airborne micro-dust (such as silica dust and polishing debris), creating a safe and healthy working environment for shop floor operators.

4-Meter Ultra-Wide Suction Surface
The 4,000 mm wide-span design provides extensive coverage, making it ideal for processing large slabs, accommodating simultaneous multi-station polishing, or integrating with automated production lines.
Powerful Exhaust Fan Array
Equipped with 3 independent fans with a total power output of 4.5 kW, creating a strong and uniform negative pressure zone that rapidly captures dust before it can disperse.
High-Efficiency Water Circulation & Settlement
Paired with a high-efficiency circulation pump, the system mixes captured dust into the water stream and sinks it into the bottom sludge basin. This eliminates secondary dust flight while keeping operating costs low and maintenance simple.
