The full servo system ensures production consistency:
Relying on the precise control of full servo drive, the parameter errors of each process on the production line (fabric conveying, core laying, cutting and pressing) can be controlled within ±0.5mm, ensuring that the size, thickness and absorption performance of each nursing pad are highly consistent, avoiding quality fluctuations caused by differences in manual operation. Equipped with a power-off memory function, it can automatically restore previous production parameters after a brief power outage and restart, avoiding batch scrapping caused by power fluctuations. The key parts of the production line are equipped with fault early warning devices. When problems such as fabric deviation and core material shortage occur, they will promptly issue an alarm and suspend production to reduce waste generation. In response to the issue of unstable raw material batches in some areas, the servo system can fine-tune the conveying speed and pressure to accommodate minor quality differences of raw materials and ensure production continuity.
