Quick style change response to the market: Equipped with a servo control system, it can complete the production switch of different sizes (S/M/L/XL) and different functions (daily-use lightweight style, night-use thickened style, sports leak-proof style) of menstrual pants within 30 minutes. In response to the demand for "ultra-thin breathable models" in tropical regions such as the Middle East and Southeast Asia, the production line can quickly adjust the thickness of the core and the parameters of the breathable bottom film. For the preference of high-latitude regions for "warm type", it can be adapted to thickened fluff pulp core without the need for additional custom molds.

Supply chain and site compatibility: It has wide compatibility with core raw materials (elastic fabric, water-absorbing resin, breathable membrane). Whether it is the economical non-woven fabric from Southeast Asia or the degradable material from Europe, they can all be directly put into production, helping buyers flexibly choose the global supply chain. The production line adopts a modular design, which can adapt to different factory layouts such as narrow and long type and square type. The minimum floor area is only 80 square meters, making it particularly suitable for small and medium-sized factories in emerging markets.
