The absorbent core system uses an innovative multi-layer composite process to accurately match each layer of absorbent material to speed up water absorption by 60%, while effectively preventing reinfiltration, always keeping the surface dry, and providing intimate care for the baby's delicate skin. Each process of the production line is connected accurately, with high-precision mechanical transmission and control, to ensure that the product molding size error is controlled in a very small range, greatly improve the product qualification rate, and deliver high-quality baby diapers to the market.
