Product Description
The production line is very strict in the quality control configuration. During the production process, at regular intervals, workers carry out spot checks on the products, carefully check the product size, appearance smoothness, etc., once the problem is found, immediately shut down for adjustment. The finished product inspection area is set up with multiple inspection processes, using a container simulating human urine volume to test the absorption performance of the diaper, testing the toughness and leak-proof performance of the product through manual repeated folding and stretching, ensuring product quality from various aspects, and stable control of the defective rate within 0.08%.
