Product Description
The production line is very precise in the application of quality inspection technology. In the raw material inspection area, conventional chemical reagent detection method is used to test the pH and purity of raw materials to ensure the safety of raw materials without impurities. In the production process, the use of mechanical calipers with electronic digital display device, regular sampling of product size, once found that the size deviation exceeds the standard, immediately shut down manual adjustment equipment, to ensure product dimensional accuracy. In the finished product inspection area, a test stand simulating human sitting and standing posture is set up. Through manual injection of quantitative liquid, the absorption performance and leak-proof performance of the diaper are accurately detected. At the same time, with the help of a simple friction test tool, the surface friction coefficient of the product is detected to ensure that the product is comfortable to wear, and the product quality is guaranteed in multiple dimensions. The defective rate is strictly controlled within 0.04%.
