Our adult diaper production line has built a complete system in terms of equipment maintenance and configuration. Daily maintenance tools are fully equipped. Workers can carry out code scanning checks on the appearance and connection status of key components according to preset check items. Data is automatically uploaded to the device management platform. Equipment cleaning process, the use of industrial vacuum cleaners with special cleaners, deep cleaning equipment surface and internal residual materials. For the lubrication maintenance of the equipment, an automatic lubrication system is used to inject lubricant into key transmission components regularly and quantitatively according to the running time and load of the equipment. Every week, professional and technical personnel use vibration analyzer, infrared thermometer and other testing equipment to conduct in-depth inspection of the operating status of the equipment, predict the potential failure of the equipment in advance, and timely replace the wearing parts to ensure the stable operation of the equipment and extend the service life of the equipment.
