Product Description
The production line is very strict in the quality control configuration. Before the raw materials are stored, the composition analysis of raw materials such as non-woven fabrics and absorbent cores is carried out by a professional spectral analyzer to ensure the purity and quality stability of raw materials. In the production process, a high-precision laser measuring instrument is installed in the key process nodes to monitor the dimensional accuracy of the product in real time. When the deviation exceeds the standard range, the equipment automatically alarms and suspends production for timely adjustment. The finished product inspection area is equipped with a comprehensive performance test bench, which can simultaneously test the absorption amount, absorption speed, leak-proof performance, softness and other indicators of the diaper, and the test data is automatically recorded and archived. In addition, artificial intelligence image recognition system is introduced to carry out comprehensive detection of product appearance, identify stains, damage and other defects, and ensure that the defective rate is less than 0.08%, providing users with high-quality products.
