In the diaper molding process, the mold is carefully designed and regularly maintained, and the shape and size of the mold are fine-tuned according to the production experience, so that it is more in line with the product design requirements, the molding process is more accurate and efficient, and the defective rate is further reduced. At the same time, according to the actual operating status of the equipment and the amount of order tasks, the production rhythm is reasonably planned to avoid excessive operation or long-term idle of the equipment, and further tap the capacity potential.
