Easy Using Poly Tetra Fluoroethylene Computer Mouse Feet
China local PTFE and Teflon material are available for customer. We supply both imported virgin Teflon raw material and domestic high-purity PTFE sheets for optional selection. Black, white, translucent PTFE mouse feet blanks are all in stock, and we can adjust material hardness, wear resistance and smoothness according to your market positioning. Customized thickness ranging from 0.22mm to 0.7mm is supported to match different gaming habits and mouse pad surfaces.
Mouse skates or mouse feet are responsible for keeping the mouse gliding smoothly on a mouse pad. They are on the bottom of the mouse and keep the mouse bottom elevated off of the pad to minimize friction while still keeping it close enough for the sensor to track properly. This PTFE feet is usually adhered to a piece of double sided tape to stick to the bottom of the mouse. The matched adhesive we adopt is 9448A high viscosity double-sided tape, which leaves no residual glue on the mouse shell after long-time use and will not corrode the original paint of the mouse base. The back adhesive is evenly coated without bubbling, so the mouse feet will not curl up during intense continuous gaming operation. Compared with ordinary plastic or silicone foot pads, PTFE mouse skates own the lowest static friction coefficient, bringing silky sliding feedback whether on cloth mouse pads, hard resin pads, glass mats or wooden desktops.
All kinds of mouse skates can be produced upon customer's requirement, whatever the shape it looks like, wherever it is used. For game mouse and home mouse, our product can exactly fill the cavity without gap, no hunch-up will be found after applying. We own professional precision die-cutting workshop to process irregular L-shaped, round, oval, square and special curved mouse feet. We can make moulds according to your original mouse bottom drawings or physical samples within 3 working days. Mass production can be arranged once samples get your confirmation. Apart from single-piece loose packing, whole sheet release liner packing as shown in the reference picture is also acceptable for your secondary packaging. Our finished products pass RoHS and PAHs environmental testing, fully compliant with EU and North America export standards. We provide after-sales technical guidance including installation steps, cleaning tips for mouse bottom and replacement cycle suggestions for bulk buyers.
