Use
For electrical and electronic products , notebook computer motherboard , TFT-LCD , power supply , LED lighting products , heat conduction , filling, damping effect ; single-sided silicon tape and improve the mechanical properties , can be directly stuck on the body surface without screw reinforcement . ( according to the different needs of customers sheet , cutting into any shape can also add gum or brush glue )
Typical application
Customers can choose the appropriate thermal conductivity of silica gel film thickness according to the size of the gap between the heating unit and the cooling fins , the heating power device for electronic products , electronic equipment ( integrated circuit , power tube , thyristor , transformer etc .) and cooling facilities (heatsink, aluminum shell etc.) between close contact , achieve better effect of heat conduction .
