Rogers PORON 4701-30-15188-04 is an ultra-soft microcellular polyurethane foam with a thickness of 4.78mm (0.188"). Featuring an optimal 15 lb/ft³ low density and excellent compression set resistance, it requires ultra-low closure force for superb dust sealing, shock absorption, and long-term cushioning. It is ideal for critical gap filling in electronics, automotive, and industrial devices.
Ultra-Low Closure Force: The 15 lb/ft³ low density allows the foam to compress easily, preventing deformation of delicate components or plastic housings.
Excellent Compression Set Resistance: Retains its original shape and sealing performance even after prolonged, heavy compression.
