OVERVIEW:
The FPSS7950 controller is a fully integrated solution designed to simplify generator set management and reduce installation complexity. It supports both manual and automatic parallel operation for single or multiple gensets—regardless of capacity differences—enabling smooth startup and shutdown, synchronized load sharing, real-time monitoring, fault protection, and complete “three remote” functionality (remote control, remote monitoring, and remote communication).
Equipped with a high-definition LCD screen featuring graphical data presentation and multilingual interface, the controller allows users to quickly pinpoint faults and system anomalies. This ensures a professional yet user-friendly experience, enabling fast diagnostics and efficient maintenance.
The module comes with a built-in smart charger, buzzer, emergency stop button, power switch, and dedicated function keys. It also includes reserved mounting slots for cloud communication modules and electronic governors, supporting future system expansion.
Powered by a high-performance 32-bit microprocessor, the FPSS7950 delivers precise parameter measurement, configurable setpoints, time scheduling, and threshold adjustment. Most settings can be accessed directly from the front panel, while full configuration is available via USB or RS485 connection to a PC. Its compact design, advanced circuitry, simplified wiring, and high reliability make it suitable for a wide range of automatic genset control systems.
The FPSS7950-4G version integrates a cloud communication module, enabling Internet connectivity for remote monitoring. Once connected to the cloud platform, the controller continuously uploads real-time operational data. Users can monitor genset status, review historical logs, and adjust parameters remotely via mobile apps, computers, or other terminals. The system also supports graphical curve analysis for startup sequences, alarms, and performance trends—providing a complete overview of the genset’s operational health.
