OVERVIEW:
The FPSS7950 controller is a highly integrated solution designed to streamline user operations and reduce installation time. It supports both manual and automatic parallel control of single or multiple gensets—regardless of whether they share the same capacity or differ—enabling automated startup/shutdown, synchronized parallel operation, real-time data monitoring, alarm protection, and full “three remote” capabilities (remote control, remote measurement, remote communication).
Equipped with an LCD interface featuring graphical data visualization and multilingual support, the controller allows users to quickly identify and locate faults with precision. This ensures a professional yet simplified user experience, enabling fast troubleshooting and efficient maintenance.
The FPSS7950 module includes a built-in smart charger, buzzer, emergency stop switch, power switch, and dedicated function keys. It also reserves mounting positions for cloud communication modules and electronic governors, supporting flexible system expansion.
Powered by a robust 32-bit microprocessor, the controller delivers high-accuracy parameter measurement, fixed value adjustment, time configuration, and threshold setting. Most parameters can be configured directly via the front panel, while full access is available through USB or RS485 interfaces using a PC. Its compact design, advanced circuitry, simplified wiring, and high reliability make it suitable for a wide range of automatic genset control systems.
The FPSS7950-4G variant integrates a cloud communication module, enabling genset connectivity to the Internet. Once connected to the cloud server, real-time operational data is uploaded continuously. Users can remotely monitor the genset’s status and access historical records via mobile apps, computers, or other terminal devices. Additionally, controller parameters can be configured through the cloud platform, and users can view startup curves, alarm logs, and other performance graphs—offering a comprehensive understanding of the genset’s operational condition.
