How to exclude excavator engine overheating:

First: Touch

When the engine temperature is too high, you can touch the temperature of the upper water pipe and the underwater pipe to determine the fault. If the difference in temperature between two pipes is large, you can tell that the thermostat is not working. If the spare part is temporarily unavailable, remove the thermostat and replace it immediately after the spare part is in place.

The second:

If there is air in the cooling system, air resistance will form, resulting in poor cooling water circulation, resulting in excessive engine temperature. The air can be released by running the engine at high speed and gently unscrewing the tank cover until the gas has just been released. At this point, some cooling water will flow out with the gas. This is repeated several times until the gas is felt exhausted (there will be a significant difference between the temperature of the water pipe and the temperature of the water pipe when touched by hand). After troubleshooting, cooling water should be replenished in time.

• Less risk of defects. The more complex a casting, the more difficult it is to achieve perfectly even surfaces with low residual stresses.
