OPERATING PRINCIPLE:

Connecting rod assembly is to integrate a number of connecting rods together, in order to better play its stability, connecting piston and crankshaft, and the force of the piston to the crankshaft, the reciprocating motion of the piston into the rotation of the crankshaft.

The connecting rod group consists of connecting rod body, connecting rod big head cover, connecting rod small head bushing, connecting rod big head bearing bush and connecting rod bolt (or screw). The connecting rod group bears the gas force from the piston pin and its own swing and reciprocating inertia force of the piston group, the magnitude and direction of these forces are periodic changes.Therefore, the connecting rod is subjected to alternating loads such as compression and stretching. The connecting rod must have sufficient fatigue strength and structural stiffness. Fatigue strength is insufficient, often cause connecting rod body or connecting rod bolt fracture, and then produce a serious accident of the whole machine.

PREVENTS DROP IN COMPONENT VOLUMETRIC EFFICIENCY 

Attention should be paid to both abnormal wear and normal wear. The former may occur in a very short period of time, and can be judged by checking the quality of the oil and combining with the function of the system (such as whether the actuator moves normally, whether the speed drops, etc.); the latter should follow certain rules and should be integrated. Inspect and take timely measures.
Grease Management
The use of lubricating oil (butter) reduces wear on moving surfaces and prevents noise. When storing grease, dust, sand, water and other impurities should not be mixed in; it is recommended to use lithium-based grease G2-L1, which has good anti-wear performance and is suitable for heavy-duty conditions; when filling, try to squeeze all the old oil as much as possible. Remove and wipe clean to prevent sand from sticking.
Maintenance of the filter element
The filter element plays the role of filtering impurities in the oil or gas path, preventing it from invading the system and causing failure; various filter elements should be replaced regularly according to the requirements of the (operation and maintenance manual); when replacing the filter element, check whether there is metal attached to the old If metal particles are found on the filter element, timely diagnose and take improvement measures; use the pure filter element that meets the requirements of the machine. The filtering ability of the fake and inferior filter element is poor, and the surface of the filter layer and the quality of the material do not meet the requirements, which will seriously affect the normal use of the machine.
