OPERATING PRINCIPLE:

In order to ensure the tightness of the valve, when replacing the valve and valve seat, first use a valve reamer with an appropriate angle to cut it, then apply the grinding paste between the valve and the valve seat, and grind it with a valve grinder or by hand until it grinds 1. A 1-1.5 mm wide, neat and dark gray continuous ring. The method of checking the valve sealing: clean the valve assembly and re-install it on the cylinder head according to its original position, and pour gasoline into the intake and exhaust ports respectively. After 1 to 2 minutes, observe that there is no leakage at the junction of the valve and the valve seat, which indicates that the sealing is good.
