Brand New Engine Rebuilt Remanufactured K23 Complete Diesel Engine QSK23 For Hitachi EX1200-6 Excavator

The Advantage and features of QSK23 engine:

QSK23 engine equipped with HPI celect high-pressure fuel injection system, combined with turbocharged medium cooling systems for optimized spraying and combustion eddiciency, balancing low fuel comsumption and low emissions.

It using all-in-one cast iron cylinder body with a wide cylinder spacing, cast iron piston with dual oil injection cooling, large diameter hardened camshaft, which can carry high load works.

The full authority electronic control module (ECM) of the QSK23 adapts to load and atmospheric conditions in real time, supports remote monitoring and diagnostics, and ensures stable operation under extreme working conditions.

The engine adopts a two-stage oil filtration system (full-flow + bypass) to extend oil service life. The oil and filter replacement interval is approximately 250 hours / 6 months.

Application of QSK23 engine: 

Mining Machinery:

Suitable for heavy-duty equipment such as large mining dump trucks, underground loaders, crushers and drilling rigs, meeting the requirements of high-intensity continuous operation.

Oil & Gas Equipment:

Used as power units for fracturing trucks, cementing trucks, workover rigs, drilling platforms and other equipment, adapting to the harsh environments and high-load working conditions of oil and gas fields.

Construction Machinery:

Applied to heavy engineering equipment including large bulldozers, graders, concrete pump trucks and cranes, providing stable high-power output.

Standby / Emergency Power Generation:

With a rated power of approximately 650 kW and a standby power of about 715 kW, it serves as the power for standby generator sets in critical facilities such as data centers, factories and hospitals, featuring excellent economy and stability.

Railway Power:

Used in railway scenarios such as shunting locomotives and auxiliary power for EMUs, satisfying the high reliability and long service life requirements of railway transportation.
