Key Features of QSC8.3 diesel engine : 

1 High strength and durable design, reliable for heavy loads
High strength cast iron cylinder body, forged steel crankshaft, wet cylinder liner, resistant to vibration and high pressure, suitable for 24-hour continuous heavy load. Platform mesh honing cylinder liner+corrosion-resistant high nickel cast iron piston, low oil loss, long overhaul cycle.

2 Strong low-speed torque and sufficient power reserve
Output peak torque of 950-1135 N · m at 1350 rpm, with strong ability for heavy-duty starting, climbing, and crushing operations. Power coverage of 215-260 HP (engineering version), suitable for 20-40 ton equipment, with high power redundancy.

3 Accurate electronic control, low fuel consumption, and low noise
High pressure common rail+multi-stage injection, sufficient combustion, specific fuel consumption of about 205-220 g/kWh, good economy under heavy load conditions. Fully electronic control+noise reduction design, smooth operation, noise level 4-6 dB (A) lower than similar models
