The Advantage and features of KTTA19 engine:

The engine uses dual turbocharging and air-to-air intercooling technology to achieve high-density intake, and can unleash maximum torque at low speeds (1300-1500 rpm). It has fast response for heavy-duty starting and continuous operation, and continuous power output.

The KTTA19 engine with PT fuel system, the system is equipped with step timing control (STC), with precise adjustable injection pressure and timing, suitable for all operating loads, low fuel consumption, excellent cold start performance, and outstanding long-term economic performance.

Easy to maintain. The engine adopts modular design, with reasonable layout of key maintenance points and universal use of vulnerable parts; Support high-altitude operations at an altitude of 1525 meters, suitable for complex environments such as plateaus and coastal areas.

Application of KTTA19 engine: 

1. KTTA19 mainly used on construction machinery (core scenario)
Large excavators (over 40 tons), bulldozers, heavy-duty rollers, graders, and pavers.
Concrete pump truck, mixer truck, crawler crane, mining dump truck (such as Belas 7555B), mining crusher.

2. Diesel generator set (main power generation)
Large scale power stations with commonly used/standby power ranging from 400 to 660 kW, covering the full frequency range of 50/60Hz
Application scenarios: factories, mines, data centers, commercial complexes, ship shore power, oil fields/oil and gas platforms, overseas infrastructure projects.

3. Ship Power
Small and medium-sized ship engines (tugboats, fishing boats, cargo ships, workboats).
