The maximum torque reaches 3324 Nm, which is more than 50% higher than the SAA6D170E-3 (2120 Nm), and the heavy-duty climbing, starting, and excavation forces are significantly enhanced.
The electronic control system provides power mode and economy mode switching, balancing efficiency and fuel consumption.

2 High pressure common rail+EGR cleaning technology
Adopting the Komatsu CRI high-pressure common rail system, the fuel injection pressure is higher, atomization is better, and combustion is more complete.
Equipped with cooled exhaust gas recirculation (EGR), it effectively reduces nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions and meets Euro III/EPA Tier 3 regulations.

3 High reliability and adaptability to harsh working conditions
Strengthen the cylinder block, crankshaft, and connecting rod to adapt to continuous heavy loads in mines.
Efficient multi-stage air and oil filters, suitable for high dust environments.
Hydraulic driven fan, automatically adjusts speed according to water temperature, efficient heat dissipation, fuel-efficient and noise reducing.
