Key Features of QSB5.9 diesel engine : 

QSB5.9 uses forged steel crankshaft/camshaft and high-strength cast iron cylinder body, with good rigidity and high pressure resistance. Wet cylinder liner, with low overhaul cost, suitable for long-term heavy load working conditions.

The engine uses high-pressure common rail and electronic control injection technology, which ensures more complete combustion, high low-speed torque, and good transient response.

The torque coverage is 650-820 N · m, and peak torque can be output at 1400-1500 rpm, suitable for heavy-duty starting. The fuel consumption rate is low, with a typical operating condition of about 210-220 g/kWh.

Application of QSB5.9 engine: 

1 QSB5.9 mainly can be used on construction machinery
20 ton excavators, small loaders, graders, rollers, bulldozers, forklifts, drilling rigs, etc.

2 Generator set
Commonly used 80-110 kW and backup 90-125 kW diesel generators are used for backup/common power sources in factories, shopping malls, base stations, construction sites, etc.

3 Marine power
Fishing boat/merchant ship auxiliary equipment, generator, fire pump, hydraulic pump power, speed 1500/1800 rpm compatible with 50/60Hz system.

4 Other industrial power sources
Mining equipment, oilfield power units, fire pumps, mobile air compressors, irrigation/drainage pump stations, railway locomotive auxiliary power, etc
