Features of WP12.380E32 Diesel Engine:
1. Strong power and sufficient low-speed torque
1600N · m can be output at 1300-1400rpm, with strong acceleration capabilities for starting, climbing, and heavy loads, suitable for complex road conditions; 4 valves+turbocharged intercooled, high intake efficiency and sufficient power reserve.
2. Economically fuel-efficient and highly reliable
The minimum fuel consumption at full load is 185g/kW · h, with precise electronic control common rail injection and EGR optimized combustion; Frame type body, reinforced crankshaft/connecting rod, wear-resistant cylinder liner, B10 life ≥ 1 million kilometers, suitable for high-intensity operation of heavy-duty trucks.
3. Braking safety and convenient maintenance
Equipped with WEVB exhaust brake as standard, it reduces downhill deceleration, minimizes main brake wear, and enhances safety; Modular design, universal use of vulnerable parts, low maintenance costs, and compatibility with mainstream heavy-duty truck chassis.
4 National III emissions, strong adaptability
Built in EGR+high-pressure common rail, meeting the requirements of National III/Euro III, without post-treatment (DPF/SCR), simple structure, low failure rate, suitable for replacing old heavy trucks, non road/mining areas and other scenarios.
