Track roller, also known as bottom roller, manufactured with high-strength alloy steel. Perfect fit for excavator, bulldozer and crawler undercarriage parts. Wear-resistant, waterproof, heavy load and long service life.
Made of premium 40Mn2, 45# steel and ZG35CrMnSi cast steel, the roller body adopts medium frequency quenching treatment for high surface hardness and outstanding wear resistance. The shaft is made of 42CrMo alloy steel with quenched and tempered process, featuring anti-bending and anti-fatigue performance. Equipped with bimetallic alloy bushing and multi-lip NBR oil seal, our track roller realizes excellent waterproof, dustproof and mudproof performance, avoiding oil leakage and sand ingress.

How to select a suitable track roller for your excavator/bulldozer/loader ?

Tonnage matching:
1-3 ton micro excavator: need 4-6 pcs of track roller, single wheel weight ≤ 15kg;
5-8 ton small excavator: need 6-8 pcs of track roller, single wheel weight 20-35kg;
15-25 ton medium excavator: need 8-10 pcs of track roller, single wheel weight 40-70kg;
30 ton and above large excavator: 10-12 pcs of track roller, single wheel weight ≥ 80kg
Track pitch matching: The track pitch and tread width of the supporting wheels must be consistent with the track plate pitch and width - incorrect track pitch can easily cause derailment, narrow tread can easily fracture the track plate, and wide tread can increase frictional resistance
Chassis structure: Match the installation hole positions, axle diameters, and center distances of X-shaped and H-shaped chassis to avoid installation failure
