A 10.8 litre six cylinder engine built for one of the hardest duty cycles in construction: pumping concrete for eight to twelve hours a day at high hydraulic pressure. The ISM11E5 platform is the direct replacement power unit for XCMG truck-mounted concrete pumps, and each engine leaves our workshop with a dynamometer printout attached to the serial number.

Each set is packed as a complete installation kit rather than a bare long block:

Engines travel on a bolted steel skid inside a plywood case. The turbo and fan are removed only when the container height requires it, and both are packed separately with new gaskets. Loading photos and the dynamometer sheet are sent before the container leaves.
Will it fit my XCMG model directly? The ISM11E5 bolt pattern, PTO flange and harness match the pump-truck chassis family. Confirm the model code and we will verify the mount spacers and coupling.
Can you supply the hydraulic pump as well? We can source the main pump group and valve block on request, quoted separately from the engine.
What is the lead time? Stock configuration ships in 3 to 5 working days; calibration-specific builds take 15 to 20 days.
How long is the warranty? Twelve months or 2000 hours, whichever comes first, covering the assembly and injection system.
