When a bulldozer loses its engine, every idle day costs money. The X15 QSX15 is a complete diesel engine assembly rated at 391kW, purpose-built to drop into the Shantui DH46-G bulldozer and put the machine back on the site fast. It is a large-bore, six-cylinder workhorse for the heaviest pushing, ripping and dozing duties in construction machinery fleets.
The X15 platform is known for its tough bottom end - a heavy-duty cast-iron block, forged crankshaft and wet liners withstand constant high load. A variable-geometry turbocharger and electronic common-rail fuelling give immediate response under sudden load and keep exhaust emissions in check. The result is a unit that runs cool, strong and economical even on long shifts in dust and heat.
