Obstacle Avoidance Intelligence: Advanced sensors and software allow the robot to navigate tightly around stiffeners and obstacles without stopping — eliminating rework and ensuring continuous operation.
Multi-Robot Synchronization: A double gantry system allows multiple robots to weld simultaneously on oversized workpieces, dramatically increasing throughput.
Confined Space Access: The telescopic robotic manipulator operates with precision in limited-access areas, handling complex geometries with ease.
Offline Simulation & Parametric Programming: Adopts an offline simulation system capable of vertical and horizontal crossing, patch welding, upward vertical welding, and fillet welding. Parametric Programming Technology automatically recognizes workpiece coordinates and generates robot welding programs; Optimal Path Planning Technology automatically calculates the optimal operating route by computer.
High Quality & Consistent Welds: The system can weld any complex panel, shape or bulkhead. All horizontal, vertical and curved welds are automatically recognized when setting up a panel. Special welding processes including multi-layer, multi-pass, and deep penetration welding have been included in the process macro library.
