ISSI IS61WV5128Axx and IS61/64WV5128Bxx
It is an ultra-high-speed, low-power,524, 288-bit 8-bit CMOS static RAM. The IS61WV5128Axx and IS61/64WV5128Bxx are manufactured using ISSI's high-performance CMOS process. This highly reliable process combines innovative circuit design technology to produce high-performance and low-power devices. When CE is at a high level (not selected), the device is in standby mode and power consumption can be reduced to the CMOS input level. IS61WV5128Axx and IS61/64WV5128Bxx Powered from a single supply. The IS61WV5128ALL and IS61/64WV5128BLL are available in 36-pin 400 mil SOJ, 36-pin mini BGA and 44-pin TSOP(Type II) packages.
