The cleaning principle of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is that the high frequency oscillation signal emitted by the ultrasonic generator is converted into the high frequency mechanical oscillation by the transducer and transmitted to the medium-cleaning solvent. The ultrasonic wave radiates forward in the cleaning liquid densely, making the liquid flow and producing tens of thousands of tiny bubbles with a diameter of 50-500 microns. The tiny bubbles present in the liquid vibrate under the action of the sound field. These bubbles form and grow in the negative pressure region of ultrasonic longitudinal propagation, and in the positive pressure region, when the sound pressure reaches a certain value, the bubbles rapidly increase and then suddenly close. When the bubble closes, it produces a shock wave, which destroys the insoluble dirt and disperses them in the cleaning solution. When the group particles are coated by oil and adhere to the surface of the cleaning parts, the oil is emulsified, and the solid particles are separated from it, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning parts. In this process known as cavitation, bubble closure can create several hundred degrees of high temperature and an instantaneous high pressure of more than 1,000 atmospheric pressures, continuously producing instantaneous high pressure like a series of small "explosions" that constantly impact the surface of the object, causing the surface of the object and the dirt in the crack to peel off rapidly, thus achieving the object.
