The ultrasonic generator
1. Ultrasonic generator is the core component of ultrasonic cleaning system, which is indispensable.
2. The shell of ultrasonic generator is white.
3. Power range of ultrasonic generator (with shell): small 300W, large 3000W, of which 300w-3000w is optional.
4. The frequency of ultrasonic generator can be adjusted, but the shell needs to be opened for adjustment; the power can be adjusted, timing and frequency sweep are available.
5. After the generator of any vibration system is replaced, it needs to be turned on for debugging. The debugging method is simple and can be operated under the guidance of the user. If there is no debugging, it is not necessarily in the effect.
Frequency range of ultrasonic generator:
The frequency of 20kHz / 28kHz / 40KHz, i.e. the frequency in the range of 20khz-45khz, can be realized by adjustment on one machine. 68khz-80khz-120khz and other high-frequency machines generally need a separate generator. Please consult our company for details.
Power range:
300w-3000w, single ultrasonic generator with high power 3000W, can be equipped with 50 60W vibration heads.
