Description:
Metalspurc glass is nano level metal coated polymer mesh fabric sandwiched between two sheets of glass by EVA, Sentryglas, PVB or TPU interlayer. Compared with metal mesh fabric, metal coated polymer mesh fabric is light in weight, antioxidant and meanwhile high metal luster. Depending on the different mesh type, different privacy level can be available with transmittance light between 25-60%.

Internal Test: We have tested SGP glass laminate with metal coated polymer fabric according to the following standard:
1. Two hour Boiling Test
2. Pummel Test
3.-40 celcius Degree 360 hours
4. 85 celcius Degree 85% humidity 1500 hours
5. 150 celcius degree baking 2 hours
6.85 celcius degree 85% humidity 20 hours, -40 celcius degree 2 hours, total 10 cycles
7. UV Radiation 2000 hours
