1. General instruction
This instrument is a splendid instrument for SMD test, it can accurately measure
the resistance,capacitance,diode,it is designed and manufactured according to
IEC61010-1 ,CAT II standards, and also conforms to the EU safety requirements:
89/336 EMC Electromagnetic Compatibility.
The meter is beautiful in outside,firm in structure, easy to be used,with high
degree of accuracy .please read the manual before use.
2. Safety information and warning
1. Before use of the instrusment firstly check up if there is any crack on the outer
shell or if it lacks any plastic part.
2.Before the test, confirm that the test tips is in well condition
3.Do not use the instrument as a nipper, Otherwise, the instrument will be
damaged.
4. Do not apply any voltage between the test tips.
5. Do not use this instrument when there is the corrupted gas.
3. operation
1. FUNC button : this is function selection button, press this button in cycle
to change resistance ,capacitance, diode measured function by turns
The instrument is turn on when the 3v lithium battery is installed,the LCD will
display auto range resistance measurement function, press FUNC button to change
into capacitance or diode measurement function,press the FUNC button for more than
2 seconds to turn on or turn off the instrument.
2. RANGE button :when the resistance or capacitance measurement value is
known,press the button to select a proper range,it can reduce the measure time, press
the button for more than 2 seconds it return auto range function.
