The internal skeleton is welded with national-standard steel, with key load-bearing nodes reinforced. The middle layer is a high-density sponge shaped body used to build muscle volume and body contours. The outer layer is a silicone composite skin, forming skin texture through multi-layer coating and hand carving.

Low-noise, high-torque DC motors are used (servo motor upgrades optional), combined with precision linkage transmission structures. Action modules such as head rotation, tail swinging, neck movement, and body raising and lowering are realized through independent or linked control. Action speed, amplitude, and frequency are all programmable and adjustable.

Embedded microcontroller or PLC control. Supports multiple trigger modes such as infrared sensor activation, remote control activation, timer activation, and coin-operated activation. The sound system is linked with the motion control system to ensure sound-picture synchronization.

After the high-density sponge is shaped, artists hand-carve the skin texture layer by layer—scale size, arrangement density, and fold depth are differentiated according to species characteristics. The silicone skin is coated in multiple layers, and color spraying references paleontological restoration research. It is scratch-resistant and colorfast.

Outdoor models: thickened waterproof and anti-aging composite treatment on the surface; internal electronic components fully sealed against dust and water; adaptable to sun, rain, and temperature difference environments.

The product uses a galvanized steel welded internal skeleton, with precision linkage drive systems at the joints; the body is filled with high-density foam as the muscle shaping layer; the outer layer is covered with high-quality silicone skin. The surface texture is hand-carved and multi-layer spray-painted, with fade resistance meeting the needs of long-term outdoor use. Precision craftsmanship ensures stability under high-frequency continuous operation and effectively reduces later maintenance costs.

Standard configuration includes: mouth opening/closing synchronized with roaring sound, eye blinking, up/down and left/right head movement, coordinated neck rotation, abdominal breathing, foreleg movement, and tail swinging. The sound system is equipped with independent speakers and volume controllers, and supports customized dinosaur roars, breathing and other audio content. Power supply: 110/220V AC 50/60Hz, power 200W-800W.

Size: customized within 1-60 meters. Species: covers Tyrannosaurus rex, Triceratops, Stegosaurus, Velociraptor, Diplodocus, Ankylosaurus and other mainstream dinosaur categories, with mixed batches supported. Color and texture: can be blended according to customer-specified color palettes, and customization based on customer drawings is supported. A full set of design drawings is provided for confirmation before production.

The skin material is UV-resistant, waterproof and snow-proof, suitable for temperatures from -20°C to 50°C. It can operate normally in indoor family venues and outdoor commercial exhibitions.

The built-in battery complies with international ocean shipping standards. The product has passed CE, ISO and other international safety certifications. The outer layer uses eco-friendly soft silicone, with no sharp edges or corners, low operating noise, and no pungent odor.
