Product Description
Standard equipments
The decanter centrifuge include a motor control center panel to operate the main drive, back drive, and feed pump. A differential speed controller maintains optimal solids balance in the decanter during operation. All parts exposed to wear are protected by special metal hard facing, ceramic wear bushes,inserts, etc. Bushes and inserts are easily exchangeable, even under field conditions. Maintenance tools and spare parts are supplied.

Working principle
The horizontal screw discharge sedimentation centrifuge is a kind of machinery that carries out continuous separation of materials of density difference in suspensions by using the centrifugal sedimentation principle. Its basic principle is: the bowl and feeding screw make high-speed rotation with a certain differential speed between them. The materials are introduced continuously by the feed tube into the inner cylinder of the spiral material pusher, and then enter the bowl after acceleration. Under the action of centrifugal force field, the heavier solids will deposit on the bowl walls and form residue layers. The spiral material pusher will continuously push the deposited solids to the taper end of the bowl and discharge them out of the machine from the residue outlet after dehydration in the drying area. The machine can realize continuous feeding, sedimentation, separation, washing and discharging when it carries out full-speed running. It has such features as compact structure, continuous operation, stable production capacity, convenient maintenance, etc. It is suitable for separating suspensions containing solids with particle diameters than 0.005mm and concentration ranging within 2-40%. It is widely applied in such industries as chemical industry, light industry, medical, food, environmental protection, etc.
The three-phase working principle
The bowl and screw make high-speed rotation with a certain differential speed between them. The materials will enter the bowl from the feed tube. Under the action of centrifugal force field, the liquid of the high specific weight will accumulate on the inner walls if the bowl, and be discharged through the centripetal pump or overflow plate. The liquids of low specific weight will form an inner liquid ring, stick to the surfaces of heavy liquids, and be discharged from the overflow channel. Under the action of the spiral material pusher, the solids in the materials will be continuously pushed to the taper end of the bowl and discharged from the residue outlet after going trough the drying area.
The two-phase working principle
After entering the cavity of the spiral material pusher through the feed tube, the suspensions will enter the cavity of the bowl through the material vent. The solids after sedimentation will move to the small end of the bowl under the pushing action at the differential speed of the screw, and be finally discharged from the solid discharges port. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquids will form a hollow liquid ring and move to the large end of the bowl. After running over the adjustable overflow baffle, they will be discharged from the liquid outlet under the action of gravity.
